The Housing and Economy Department have exciting opportunities for 5 new positions within the department. We are looking to appoint dynamic and energetic individuals who will be working in the Housing Repairs and Property Investment teams within Housing and Economy. The new roles within Housing and Economy will play a critical part in delivering the Council's housing investment, planned maintenance, responsive repairs programmes and void refurbishment programmes.
The post-holders will contribute to the overall direction of the department and support the Property Investment Lead and Responsive Repairs Lead in reshaping and delivering continuous improvement across Housing Repairs and Property Investment.
You must be motivated and committed to delivering a first class customer orientated service and have excellent management and supervisory skills for all of these positions.
