We are seeking an individual who will, as part of a team, be responsible for the delivery of an Exercise on Referral programme in Wrexham as part of the National Exercise on Referral Scheme.
Principle Duties:-
Working closely with the Exercise on Referral Co-ordinator and health and fitness team at the Council’s Leisure and Activity Centres, you will be required to educate and support clients to participate in physical activity in the long term.
You will conduct initial consultations, deliver classes, provide instruction and perform progress reviews with clients who have been referred from their local doctor or health care professional.
