[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 9 Feb 2018] BERWYN LIBRARY SUPERVISOR Berwyn Library Salary Scale LO7: £20,661 - £24,174 per annum Temporary 2 year contract (Subject to Funding) 37 hours per week Berwyn Library is open Monday – Thursday 8:30-19:00; Friday 8:30-17:00 Saturday 9:00-16:00 A vacancy has arisen for a positive, enthusiastic and flexible person to undertake the rewarding role of providing a library service within a secure establishment to individuals and groups in the Berwyn community. Working under WCBC Libraries Lead, the post holder will ensure the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and effective library service with the assistance of Library Advisors and male Orderlies from the Berwyn community. The minimum educational requirement is 5 GCSE passes Grade C or above and 1 A-Level or equivalent. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, and or any other language. The successful applicant will also be required to undertake additional hours from time to time. This position are subject to a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service which will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions in your application form.
