Tŷ Pawb are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated Volunteer Coordinator who is passionate about the arts and about engaging with Wrexham communities.
This role will suit someone with excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism when dealing with volunteers and members of the public. You will have experience of relationship management and team building. You will have a proven track record of running recruiting campaigns to attract volunteers or members to a specialised group, or of building relationships between organisations.
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, good experience of leadership and of making and nurturing effective relationships. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment, and experience of working with sensitive databases.
