[CLOSING DATE: Mon, 12 Feb 2018] This is an ideal opportunity for a Lawyer seeking to work in a local authority legal department in North Wales. This challenging role requires an individual able to manage a complex caseload across a wide range of non-contentious subject areas including commercial property, landlord and tenant, highways, planning and procurement. You will deal with transactional and project work and must be able to provide robust advice to ensure that the Council meets all relevant legal requirements. You will have excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
