[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 25 May 2018] ICT Infrastructure Team Leader L11 Salary £35,229 - £39,002p.a. dependent on relevant skills and experience Full Time, 37 hours Lead the way in ICT Are you an IT expert with leadership skills? Wrexham County Borough Council are looking for a multi-skilled technical leader to deliver key corporate, departmental and service priorities. Alongside the ICT Lead, you will determine how the council’s ICT infrastructure will be designed and delivered. You will manage the resources and staff of the ICT Infrastructure team in line with the Council’s evolving transformation priorities and ICT Strategies, including cloud migration. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the council’s ICT infrastructure and be expected to provide 3rd line technical support on network, security and server issues. Our team supports a wide range of technologies, and experience of Firewall management, Microsoft Server, Cisco WAN, LAN & Wireless technologies would be beneficial to this role, as would a knowledge of VMWare and other security solutions.
