L05 £17,972 - £19,446 per annum
37 hours per week
Temporary until 28/09/2018
To be based at one of our estate offices within the County Borough Council area.
The post includes, tenancy visits, clerical support work, monitoring rent arrears cases, estate management duties, identifying tenancy breaches and acting upon them.
Excellent communication and people skills are required as well as being a good team player.
