[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 29 Jun 2018] We are looking to recruit an experienced manager who is passionate about delivering high quality domiciliary services to adults with a reablement focus. The service is expanding to also include provision of care and support services in Maes y Dderwen a new Extra Care Housing Service as well as continuing to develop the Shared Lives Service and Vetting Agency for Personal Assistants.
The Team Manager will be the Registered Manager responsible for a large team of approximately 100 staff supported by a Supervisory Team. The position will involve partnership working with a range of colleagues from Health, Housing, Occupational Therapy and Social Work teams.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing and delivering service improvement and a sound understanding of the Social Services and Well-being Wales Act 2014, together with legislation and regulations related to Domiciliary care services.
