Temporary Basis until 31st March 2017
You will provide support to individuals who have a serious and enduring mental illness. You will work alongside individuals or groups providing support to maintain their tenancies whilst promoting independence.
You will also provide support to individuals to participate in daily living tasks and to access local amenities and services in conjunction with a care and treatment plan.
You will have a QCF level 2 or its predecessor NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or a commitment to obtain this qualification within a set timescale. Full induction will be available on commencement of the posts.
The posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
