[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 16 Nov 2018] Advert for post of Registration Services Team Leader 37 hours per week, Permanent Salary L09 - £28,221- £31,401 per annum We are looking for a Registration Services Team Leader who will lead develop and deliver a modern, digitally-enabled service that prioritises customer experience. You will monitor and ensure the appropriate statutory functions are delivered and observed in accordance with current legislation. This will include Superintendent Registrar functions such as Registrations, Ceremonies and Citizenship and other related front line services. Your knowledge and skills in these areas will provide sustainable support for the Team. Requirements The ideal applicant will be educated to degree level, and have substantial experience of working within a registration service at a senior level, including the duties of Superintendent Registrar. You will have excellent customer service skills and an aptitude for dealing with people at some of the most important and emotional moments in their lives. You will need to be a forward thinking leader, customer focussed, a passionate and committed team player and able to work accurately under pressure. You must be a motivated individual with a clear understanding of the demands of working within the Registration Service, able to work effectively and have a flexible approach to work. Excellent organisational and communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail are required.
