The Governing Body at St. Mary’s Church in Wales Primary school seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and qualified Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for our pupils within our Resource Provision.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver stimulating and engaging activities to pupils, plan alongside teaching staff, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. They will work under the instruction of teaching/senior staff undertaking work to enable all our pupils to develop and make progress within their own individual learning journeys.
An understanding and willingness to further extend their knowledge of the Additional Learning Needs agenda would be highly beneficial.
