[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 15 Feb 2019] Projects Officer – Housing Strategy L09 - £28,221 - £31,401 – 37 hours - Permanent A Projects Officer – Housing Strategy is required to work within a multi-disciplinary team tasked with supporting the delivery of housing and regeneration projects in the Wrexham County Borough The post is in the Strategy & Development Team, which is part of the Housing & Economy Department and is based at the Ruthin Road Offices. The post will play a key role in the development and review of key Council strategies, policies and procedures such as the recently approved Local Housing Strategy 2018-23; provide a quality assurance function that will help identify opportunities for service improvement. The post will also support the delivery of the Council’s affordable housing project, which includes the commencement in 2019 of a programme of new Council-owned housing in the County Borough.
