Reporting to the Planned Maintenance Team Leader, the Clerk of works will supervise and support the water mains renewal programme on site. This will include daily management of Contractors on site and to assist in the overall delivery of the project managed by Housing and Economy by ensuring site operations and construction works comply with the relevant contract documents, Council requirements, current legislation, and including delivery of works to the specification, on time and within budget.
