[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 5 Apr 2019] The Families First Programme manager wishes to appoint a temporary Performance and Workforce Development Officer to join a motivated and professional team, committed to making a real difference to children and families in Wrexham through the delivery of a wide range of services.
We are looking for someone who is well organised, highly motivated, can work under pressure and has a good understanding of data and data analysis. Experience of work in contract monitoring, performance management and/or programme development, ideally within children’s services, would be an advantage.
The post holder will be expected to build close working relationships with the contracted Providers as well as other departments and organisations in order to progress contract monitoring work and support workforce development across the Sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in contract monitoring and/or workforce development within Preventative Services for children and families, to learn more about this area of work, by joining us on a temporary contract. Alternatively secondments are invited, provided managers are in agreement.
