[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 26 Apr 2019] You will support, encourage and enable older people's independence through the delivery of warden support services to individuals living within their own homes (inclusive of sheltered units), in accordance with their assessed support needs.
You will be responsible for the security of sheltered housing schemes, coordinate the maintenance of schemes and carry out domestic duties to ensure their upkeep.
Working days will be spread over 5 fixed days, one day will be at the week-end.
