[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 5 Jul 2019] Applications are invited for the above post to be primarily based at Ty Ni Family Centre but also to be prepared to work as required across both Family Centres. The post is for 30 hours a week for 42 weeks of the year. It is a term time only post apart from the summer holidays when the post holder will continue working for a further three weeks into the summer break.
The person appointed needs to be self -motivated, disciplined, reliable, organised, methodical, good communicator, trustworthy and who thrives in a diverse role.
In this post you will very much be a valued member of the Flying start team and the wider Family Centres structure. In your role as driver you will be helping vulnerable children and their families access the Family Centres and you will also be preparing a simple, nutritious meal for the children who attend the Flying start group.
You will be contributing to the smooth running of the Centre by ensuring that health and safety is maintained and risk assessments and checks are carried out.
The minimum educational requirements is 5 GCSE passes Grade C or above (or equivalent).
The ability to speak welsh is desirable. Full clean driving licence is essential.
Ideally you will have Food hygiene qualification level 2 or above or the willingness and ability to undertake this as soon as possible.
