[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 27 Sep 2019] An opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of an Assistant Team Manager in the Looked After Children and Leaving care Team with particular emphasis on Looked After Children part of the Team.
The team has a full time manager supported by two assistant team managers, 13 Social Workers, a LAC health professional and a LAC Education Coordinator and 5 Personal Advisors because we feel it is important to take a multi-disciplinary approach to help young people who are Looked After to reach their full potential.
This is a rewarding role which undertakes all aspects relating to Children who are Looked After/ Care Leavers along with some supervisory responsibility.
The team is located in Lambpit Street along with the majority of other child care teams in the authority which makes Wrexham a cohesive place to work.
