Flying Start is a Welsh Assembly Government initiative which offers a real opportunity to make a difference to children under 4yrs and their families living within certain areas of Wrexham, who are most in need of support.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Support Worker to join a friendly and innovative multi-disciplinary team of health and social care professionals to deliver an intensive home visiting service to children and families in Wrexham.
You will have a relevant NVQ/QCF/CACHE Level 3 qualification relating to Children/Health/Social Care or other equivalent qualifications.
This is a fixed term contract until March 2020, with potential for extension subject to grant funding. You will provide intensive support to children under 4 yrs and their families in the home and deliver on parent group programmes.
