Tenant Liaison Officer: (Maternity Cover) G06 37 hours, fixed term to 1st March 2021 – G06 - £21,166 - £ 22,462 per annum
Reporting to the Planned Maintenance Team Leader, the Tenant Liaison Officer will implement and co-ordinate the dedicated on-site tenant liaison function before, during and after the planned maintenance and repair works, ensuring that our customers are informed and left fully satisfied after receiving works to their homes.
