Salary: £16,481 - £18,560 per annum
Hours: 37 per week temporary until 31.3.17
We have exciting opportunities to work as a Housing Assistant based in various estate offices within Wrexham County Borough Council.
The post includes, tenancy visits, clerical support work, monitoring rent arrear cases, and estate management duties, identifying tenancy breaches and acting upon them.
Excellent communication and people skills are required as well as being a good team player.
