They would work morning sessions with a pupil needing additional support in our year 2 class. There may also be the opportunity for additional hours to work the afternoon sessions. This is dependent on grant funding and will be confirmed as soon as possible.  Experience of working with foundation Phase pupils. Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour Demonstrate an adaptable and flexible approach. The ability to communicate effectively with pupils and colleagues and work as part of a team.
