Business Support Assistant - Recovery (FTT - EXT)

[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 02 Dec 2016] 37 hours per wweek Temporary until 30/10/17 (Maternity Cover) A temporary, full-time vacancy has arisen for a Business Support Assistant to be based within the Adult Social Care Department. The post will be located at Ty Derbyn for the Recovery Service (Mental Health). Main duties will include assisting in updating of information systems, typing and general clerical duties to support the MDT (Multi Disciplinary Team) working within the Recovery Service. You will be first point of contact for clients, professional staff and other organisations making enquiries to the Department, and be responsible for booking appointments and diary management for members of the team. You should have evidence of experience in using Microsoft packages, e.g. Word, Excel and should possess excellent verbal, written, numerical and communication skills.
