We are looking for an individual to join the HR Service centre as a Pensions Adviser. Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will help to ensure that the Authority meets the requirements of current and changing pension.
We are looking for applicants who have experience & knowledge of working within a confidential environment with highly sensitive data/information. They will also need to demonstrate the ability to interpret and communicate legislation/regulation and identify improvements to processes and develop and implement solutions to improve service delivery.
Experience in a customer focused HR and/or Payroll/pensions environment is essential. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
