The Family Aid Project funded by the Welsh Government, provides tenancy related support to all families who meet the criteria for referral to the scheme.
The post will involve:
• Providing support to parents who at risk of losing their tenancies.• Prevent vulnerable families from becoming homeless.• Working in partnership to promote children being cared for within their own family and community.• Promoting social inclusion for vulnerable families by helping to integrate them into community services and to improve their quality of life through greater independence.
With a NVQ2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), you will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills. You will also be required to have a flexible approach to work as the service provision will cover 7 days per week and it’s typically available between 07:00am and 7:00pm, dependent on the needs of family.
