Then you could be a Digital Customer Services Adviser as part of the Councils Contact Centre.

The successful candidate will work digitally using a variety of techniques which includes using and monitoring social media, dealing with e-mails and online enquires, web chat and supporting customers in using the Council’s My Account and My Alerts systems.
You should be comfortable in explaining digital technology in straightforward terms and supporting customers who are less familiar using this medium.
Applicants must also have the ability to deal with a wide range of issues, often including sensitive information. Whilst knowledge of Council Services would be an advantage, comprehensive training is provided.
