[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 10 Mar 2017] The Housing and Economy Support Team requires a Payments Officer to join the team. The team provides business support and general administration for the department and in particular the Catering, Cleaning and Building Maintenance sections.
The post will be temporary and running until 31st March 2018.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will have a high attention to detail, be organised and methodical with strong IT skills and an ability to look for improvements in our processes and procedures.
Familiarity with HR, payroll, databases and P2P systems would be an advantage in order to become an active member of the team.
The candidate will have the ability to work to deadlines, on their own or as part of a larger team.
