Schools ICT Support Officer (Permanent)

We are looking for a talented, creative and forward thinking individual to join our expanding Schools ICT Support Service. You will be an important point of contact for schools advising them on the procurement of Education ICT products, carrying out the procurement of ICT products on their behalf and maintaining the schools ICT equipment register. You will liaise directly with Schools and our Education suppliers, ensuring that goods and services are appropriate, delivered promptly and offer best value. Reporting directly to the ICT Strategy Manager you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the Schools ICT Support SLA against key performance indicators.
You will be suitably experienced and qualified but importantly we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is comfortable managing their own time, able to effectively prioritise work and recognise problems and opportunities seeking support as necessary. This is very much a client-facing role and as such, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Also, you must feel confident in dealing with people at a range of different levels and experience.
