Annual leave to be taken during school holidays
Due to the present caretaker taking up a new post, the governors wish to appoint a suitable person to take on the work of caretaker at Plas Coch. As well as being responsible for the opening and closing of the school, it’s expected that the caretaker will be able to undertake minor alterations and repair work, ensure that the building and resources are kept in a safe condition and be responsible for the security of the school including responding to alarm calls.
13.75 hours per week (exact hours to be agreed with the successful applicant)
during school terms (including Teacher Training days) and one week during summer holidays.
