Governor Support Assistant & Clerk
18:50 hours L04 £7,807 - £8,536
(Would consider combing with the Governor Advisory Officer post)
The Governor Support Assistant posts sits within the Governor Support Services team and forms an integral part of the Education Department, contributing to raising school governance standards.
The main office location is Lampbit Street; the post holder will be required to work occasional evenings and have the ability to travel to other locations within the County.
We are a friendly and committed team; supporting and advising volunteers and head teachers in their governor role.
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated, highly organised and experienced administrator who can demonstrate :-• experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and the internet, • minute taking, • good organisational skills, • excellent communication and inter-personal skills, • ability to work to deadlines, • a flexible approach to working hours,• excellent data inputting skills.
Term time only contract would be considered.
