The Council’s Corporate Customer Services Team is looking for experienced customer services professionals to provide maternity cover within the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Team, supporting our continued drive to improve the way in which we deliver services to our customers.
We are looking for experienced professionals who can combine excellent customer service skills, strong IT skills and an ability to look for improvements in our processes and procedures.
Successful applicants will have proven experience of working in a customer facing environment and be committed to providing high quality, professional services.
