Due to the promotion of the previous post holder, applications are invited for this key post within the Adult Social Care Department.
You will have a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of Older People’s Services within Wrexham and in the future development of services. The service faces significant challenges to meet the needs and aspirations of older people. You will also have a key role in delivering the transformational change required by the Social Services and Wellbeing Wales Act.
You will have senior management experience within Social Services, Health or other relevant sectors. They will have proven leadership skills, the ability to work with service partners and a track record of managing change and delivering improvements and innovation to key services.
