37 hours a week - Permanent
L04 £15,613 - £17,072 per annum
Job Purpose: To undertake a range of administrative support tasks to support the role of the Commissioning and Contracts Team.
Your duties will include accurate and timely processing of Provider invoices and resolving any payment queries using Proactis/P2P (training will be provided if needed). You will also be required to support the administration of the Council’s Direct Payments scheme and will be need to be able to use initiative to collect information from a range of sources and be competent in using Microsoft Excel. You will prepare, distribute and collate service user questionnaires. You will be the first point of contact for Providers, Care Managers, Service Users and their families regarding the services they are providing / receiving and will need to have a confident and sensitive telephone manner. You will arrange meetings, undertake typing, and general administration tasks for the team, whilst ensuring all information is treated in confidence.
