2x Telephonist / Receptionist-Welsh Essential ( FTP-EXT, PTP-EXT)

[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 13 Oct 2017] ICT, Corporate & Customer Services Telephonist/ Receptionist (Bilingual –Welsh/English) The position will require a confident person with good communication and organisational skills who has a desire to join a dedicated and passionate team. A history of reception and customer service work is required The position will entail, front of house meet and greet, day to day administrative tasks such as diary management, daily cashing up and meeting and greeting customers. Fluent Welsh is essential, however if you have not practiced the Welsh language recently and are not feeling very confident please be assured you will receive full support to build on your Welsh speaking skill, there are regular ‘chat’ sessions held with Welsh speaking staff and accredited training courses for you to attend. There are 2 posts available• 1 full time post of 37 hours• 1 part time post of 20.5 hours per week. Hours are normally 12.30pm- 5pm Wednesday, 8.30am to 5pm Thursday and Friday. Good interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail & a pleasant telephone manner are all essential. A Friendly and happy personality and proven excellent customer service skills are a must. Experience in the local government sector is desirable but not essential. The candidate must have excellent computer skills and have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
