The Community Living Service in Wrexham is continually developing to provide person centred supported living for vulnerable adults with complex support need. The service is part of the Disability Service and is registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales. Developments within the service have created the opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to come and join our dedicated team to ensure that high quality support is delivered to vulnerable adults who have complex support needs.
