Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified sessional Learning and Development Practitioner to deliver Level 5 Management. The post holder will be required to deliver the knowledge and competence based elements of the qualification as part of Welsh Government’s Higher Apprenticeship framework.
