Wrexham County Borough Council works collaboratively with Flintshire County Council, Coleg Cambria and Careers Wales to deliver the ‘TRAC’ East project which is part of a wider TRAC project operating across North Wales.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful team which supports young people aged 11-18 in a variety of creative and innovative ways to raise their aspirations and reduce their risk of becoming NEET in the future. The successful candidate will have experience of engaging and supporting young people with social, emotional and behavioural issues and a good working knowledge of the local education system and services for young people.
This post is funded by the European Social Fund and is temporary until July 2018 in the first instance. Funding to extend this post until December 2020 is currently sought from the Welsh European Funding Office.
