37 hours per week - Permanent
Housing in-house void and planned maintenance repairs
Reporting to the Voids Contract Team Leader, the Clerk of works will supervise and support the In- house voids and planned maintenance works. This will include daily management of a wide range of building and technical Contractors on site. To assist in the overall delivery of construction projects managed by Housing and Economy by ensuring site operations and construction works comply with the relevant contract documents, Council requirements, current legislation, and including delivery of works to the specification, on time and within budget. The post holder will monitor progress, performance and quality standards of internal and external refurbishment works to the Housing stock which will include tenanted and vacant properties.
