Flinthsire County Council, Wrexham County Borough Council and Coleg Cambria are working collaboratively to raise aspirations and engage young people who are at risk of becoming NEET through the ‘TRAC’ project.
Wrexham County Borough Council is the lead for this project, which is funded through the European Social Fund, but deployment is across the three partners.
The Well-being Officer will be lead worker for a caseload of approximately 20 young people engaged in the ‘TRAC’ project in Flinthsire.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting emotional, social and bevahioural needs of young people in a range of setttings. Ideally, candidates will have a range of expeirence in using a variety of strategies to encourage the engagement and development of young people aged 11-19 years old.
