[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 07 Oct 2016] WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL CHILDREN’S SOCIAL CARE Child & Family Worker L07 £20,456 - £23,935 pro rata per annum Temporary until 31/03/2017 22 hours per week Flying Start is a Welsh Assembly Government initiative which offers a real opportunity to make a difference to children under 4yrs and their families living within certain areas of Wrexham, who are most in need of support. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced child and family worker. This worker would join a friendly and innovative multi-disciplinary team of health and social care professionals who deliver services across Wrexham. You will have a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or other equivalent qualifications. Please note that the Job Description for this vacancy is generic however this post is specifically based in the Flying Start Health And Social Care Team and is a fixed term contract until March 2017, with potential for extension depending on service requirements and grant funding.
