[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 30 Nov 2018] Corporate and Customer Services Department Management Information Systems Administrator, HR & OD Services. Permanent L08 - £24,657 - £28,221 37 hours per week The post holder is responsible for the maintenance and support of the integrated HR/Payroll System ResourceLink ensuring continuous service delivery. This includes business improvements, planning and managing the application of releases, to ensure the system is maintained to meet legislative and statutory standards. As part of a wider HR & OD team the post holder will ensure that all system users, managers and employees are able to use the self-service modules and are aware of the functionality and receive training. The post holder will also be responsible for designing and developing reports, to meet the HR Management Information needs for the HR & OD Service and wider organisation. We are looking for applicants who have experience of system maintenance and development of HR/Payroll systems and have specialist knowledge of Microsoft packages Excel, Word, Access and reporting tools.
