L05 £17,972- £19,446 per annum
37 hours per week, permanent
To join a highly successful team to ensure the prompt and accurate processing of direct debits, services charges and other payments within tenants rents accounts using a housing management system. To provide routine and complex advice and information on a tenants account in the delivery of a quality Housing service. To support the housing systems Team Leader in the day to day running of the service and deal with escalated issues and problems as identified.
This role is suited to someone who can demonstrate excellent organisation skills and problem solving skills, has good attention to detail and has experience of working in a Finance role previously. To succeed in this role, you’ll have excellent numeracy skills and an ability to understand, analyse and manipulate information and data. Previous experience in a finance / accounts role will stand you in good stead, as will any IT skills. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to work using your own initiative, offer ideas for improvement and have an excellent customer service approach.
