Do you have the skills to provide the highest level of customer service at all times and believe in treating everyone as an individual? Do you have experience of being the first point of contact for clients, able to deal with calls and enquiries professionally and in a timely manner?
Then you could be a Customer and Support Services Advisor in the Housing and Economy Department.
This exciting position is to work within the Housing and Economy Department which is responsible for maintaining and improving 11,300 council houses. To work within the Housing and Customer Service Centre. The Service Centre deal with a variety of calls including, diagnosing and processing repairs for council properties along various other enquiries related to the Housing and Economy Department.
