Mobile Warden Assistant
16 hours per week
G04 - £18,426 - £18,795 pro rata per annum
Temporary until 31/12/2019

We know that enabling people to be independent and to continue living in the place that they feel most comfortable in can help them enjoy healthier, more fulfilling lives and you can play a valuable role in helping them do this.
You will support, encourage and enable older people's independence through the delivery of warden support services to individuals living within their own homes (inclusive of sheltered units), in accordance with their assessed support needs.
You will be responsible for the security of sheltered housing schemes, coordinate the maintenance of schemes and carry out domestic duties to ensure their upkeep.
Working Days will be 16 hours spread over 4 days to be determined; I day will be at the weekend
