The post holders will lead on a wide range of Housing related projects from inception to completion. This will include planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishment and improvement schemes, scoping the works, detailed design, development, procurement, project management and supervision of key projects to ensure that the Council’s Housing portfolio meets all the requirements of its tenants.
