[CLOSING DATE: Fri, 06 Jan 2017] A vacancy has arisen for a Corporate Mail Assistant to support the Reprographics Manager in the implementation and development of the Central Mail Room facility. The Post Holder will have responsibility for ensuring all paper mail in the organisation is processed in the most efficient and effective manner, utilising the relevant software and fulfilment equipment, and that all incoming mail reaches its intended recipient within the organisation.
