To be based at Gwersyllt estate office within the County Borough Council area.
The post included, tenancy visits, clerical support work, monitoring rent arrear cases, and estate management duties, identifying tenancy breaches and acting upon them.
Excellent communication and people skills are required as well as being a good team player.
